Anticipated Attendance: 15,000

Faire Rules:

  1. All Merchants must exhibit and be present during the Faire, Friday, November 1- Sunday November 3, 2013 9:45-6:00 pm. Set up will be Wednesday, October 30th from10:00-6:00 and Thursday October 31st, 2013 10:00-4:00pm.  All booths must be set before 4:00 pm on October 31st, 2013.
  2. An accepted application is a commitment to participate in the Faire, and no refunds will be made for cancellations.
  3. Each Merchant is responsible for collecting Florida state sales tax (7%) on sales made during the Faire.  A copy of Florida State Sales Tax Certificate is required. Temporary Applications are available from our office.
  4. There are no animals permitted on the Faire site.
  5. All Merchants will wear appropriate Renaissance costumes, our Costume Guidelines are available on our website www.lakerenfaire.com, booths must be a period shelter in keeping with the Renaissance Era.
  6. Vehicle traffic in the Village will not be permitted after 9:30 am or before 6:30 pm.
  7. No smoking by Vendor in their booth during Faire hours.
  8. Camping is not allowed at site.  The faire provides on duty policemen for security from 6pm-8 am


Completed Application Package Must Include:

  • Completed Application Form
  • All fees: Booth space, electric services, and late fees (if any).
  • New merchants must provide no more than 5 photos or cd showing merchandise and booth set up.
  • Food, Games, and Ride Merchants must include proof of insurance with

DEADLINES:

Applications must be postmarked no later than September 14, 2013 or a late fee of 20% is to be included. If not, we will assess fees before your booth can be set up. Incomplete packages will not be considered. Merchant will be notified of Merchant’s acceptance as soon as the application has been juried in. Once a Merchant has been accepted, Merchant’s check will be deposited, and acceptance is a commitment to the Faire. The deposited fees are non-refundable.
