May 9, 10 & 11, 2014: (Art/Craft Vendors: Friday set up optional) All vendors opened: Friday,  3:00-8:00 PM  / Saturday, 10 AM-8:00 PM  / Sunday 10 AM-6:00 PM/ Food Vendors opened Friday, 3-11:00 PM.

John’s Pass Village - 12902 Village Blvd., Madeira Beach, FL 33708

Applicants: Nautical, Pirate themed, Street Performers, Food Concessions, Corporate Sponsors. Space size: 10 x 10.

Applications must include three (3) photos of work, one (1) photo of outdoor booth set up and a one page statement describing the technique, materials used and any other creative expression of the Artist’s work. (Artist Bio)

Applications will be reviewed by committee. A waiting list will be established in case of cancellation. Alternates will be made from the wait list at the discretion of the Committee. Confirmation or rejection of acceptance will be sent via e-mail and will not be given over the phone without prior written confirmation.

Display: We ask all exhibitors to decorate their display with a Pirate, fantasy, medieval, renaissance or steampunk theme.  Sold goods do not need to be themed; however themed vendors will take priority. Space Rental Fees: Payable to JPVA
Application Fee: $25 Payable to SIK Promotions

Returned Check Fee: In accordance with Florida law, all Returned Checks will be assessed a penalty of: 1) $25.00, if the face value does not exceed $50.00, 2) $30.00, if the face value is more than $50.00 but does not exceed $300, 3) $40, if the face value is more than $300.00

Boardwalk Table Vendor Space: $50 (3' x 6' Table and Market Umbrella Only)

Artist/Crafter Fees: $175.00

Retail/Resale Fees: $225.00 Pirate Theme ONLY. (All others Please see sponsorship levels.)

Food Vendor Fees:

$300    SMALL       10X10 SPACE
$500    MEDIUM    10X20 SPACE
$700    LARGE       20X30 SPACE

Food vendors note: MAINLINE FOOD SPACES ARE SOLD OUT. SOME SNACK VENDORS MAY STILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a ticketed food sales event and there will be a 25/75 split of all food/Beverage Sales.*Applications must include; Photos, a complete menu with prices and a copy of mobile vending permit or license. Once approved, food vendors will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming SIK Promotions, John’s Pass Village Association and the City of Madeira Beach each as additional insured.
