IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be Registered BEFORE you apply for a festival. Registering as a Vendor is NOT the same as applying for a show.

How to Create an Account and Apply for a Vendor Spot at SIK Promotions
Step 1: Sign up for your new Account. (*ONE TIME ONLY!)
- Go to myfestivalplanner.com/SIK_Promotions/SIK_Vendor_Registration.aspx.
- Create a new account with a username and password. (Check “Remember me next time”)
- Complete your profile, including your vendor description, 3 photos of your work and 1 of your outdoor booth set up. (*Required)
Step 2: Apply Online
- Go to https://myfestivalplanner.com/SIK_Promotions/.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the "Apply for Festivals" link.
- Select the event you want to apply for.
- Click the "Apply Now" button.
- Fill out the application form and submit it. (Always look for the Grey buttons)
- Pay the fee securely online.
Tips:
- Use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.
- If you are reserving more than one space, enter the number of spaces you need in the appropriate box, then recalculate to determine your fee.
- Food & Beverage spaces are sold by linear foot. Please be sure to enter the correct number of feet you need when opened and fully operational, then recalculate to determine your fee.
- Click the "Read and agree..." button before submitting your application.
- Click the "Submit Application" button only once.
- Wait for a response from SIK Promotions.
- Once your application has been processed, you can check your status under the “My Festivals” tab.
